With a Master of Arts in Language Teaching and a Master of Arts in Human Development and Leadership, alongside SEN certification and the CCET qualification in educational testing, She brings a comprehensive understanding of learner development and assessment practice. She holds specialised training in ADHD, Autism, and Learning Disabilities, and has extensive experience as both a Learning Needs Support Teacher and an ELL teacher as well as other languages. This combination enables her to conduct high-quality, standardised assessments and provide detailed, evidence-based recommendations. She works collaboratively with teachers, SEN teams, and school leadership to ensure that assessment outcomes align with inclusive education practices and directly support student success across the whole school.
